Over the Weekend, Microsoft's call home and validate the software "feature" had the servers which provide that function crash.Apparently, there is no known reason for this crash. I'm just wondering, what sort fo server software are they using? Hmm....
Might want to look at that, there may be some cause to the effect in the answer to that question. However, if Mary Jo had done a little more digging around, she may have found that the Redmond Bad Boys are pinning it on "human error."
